30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Initiate a Return

- We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. Please email lumorabeauty.us@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or opened (for hygiene products)
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case, we will cover the return shipping.
