Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at lumorabeauty.us@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
